About Workshop – Forró
Forró is…a dance out of Northeast Brazil. It is danced all over Brazil, and even in London. Some people say that the word “Forró” comes from the English words “for all”, which meant that everyone was welcome to the parties organized by the English, who were building roads in Northeast Brazil, and holding parties for their Brazilian employees.
Come and learn with the most creative and talented Forro teachers in London. At the workshop you will learn:
Exclusive new steps;
How to dance the traditional Forro;
Men will learn how to lead their partners;
To turn and learn useful arm movements;
Will have a chance to practice the steps with different partners;
Women will learn how to use hips,
balance and be good at understanding commands when dancing,
technique and lots more….
