14 June – 14 July 2013 Several venues across the North East of England –
¡VAMOS! Festival, the North East’s largest celebration of Spanish and Portuguese speaking cultures, has announced its full line-up for 2013 and is back once again with its strongest programme yet. The month-long programme, which runs from 14 June to 14 July, will feature a host of live contemporary and traditional music, visual art exhibitions, authentic cuisine, seminars and picnics and is set to transform the region’s towns and cities into a vibrant and colourful latino summer party. Kicking off proceedings in in true Latin style, the official ¡VAMOS! 2013 launch event will take place at Cluny 2 in Newcastle on Friday 14th June at 9pm.
