AmaZonArt is an NGO established in London in 2009, active in the Amazon region and founded by Brazilian cellist Diego Carneiro, who has lived for more than 10 years in Europe but regularly comes to Brazil to develop musical education projects in poor and deprived areas of the Amazon region. Our goal is to start up youth orchestras, as an antidote to social problems such as drugs, crime and violence.
