Clube do Choro is delighted to host one of the most revered choro trios inAi??Europe: Trio Bola Preta.Ai??Trio Bola Preta was formed in the Netherlands from the meeting of threeAi??musicians with different backgrounds, who each cultivate the same passionAi??for Brazilian music: Mariana Bruekers (Brazil) on the flute, FranciscoAi??Medina (Portugal) on the seven string guitar and Matthias HaffnerAi??(Germany) on the percussion.
These three musicians draw from their differing backgrounds andAi??experiences, united in the improvement of a common language: choro. TheAi??sound of the trio combines many rhythms and musican genres such as fado,Ai??salsa, tango and BaiA?o with the arrangement of choro classics and theirAi??own compositions.
There will be Brazilian food and drinks available for sale.
