Born in Rio de Janeiro, he has been playing professionally since 1976 andAi??is considered one of the best cavaquinho soloists working today.

Cazes started playing the guitar at the age of six and gradually went onAi??to play cavaquinho, mandolin, tenor guitar, banjo, twelve-string caipiraAi??guitar and lately electric guitar, all self taught! In Brazil, he is wellAi??known for his Beatles’n’Choro adaptations, and he will be playing aAi??selection for us at the event.
