How and where to register my event?

1) Listings for the Brazilian Events Guide, FREE Monthly, online 7,500 copies printed and online. Distributed in 200 Specific Brazilian Points and 150 Strategic Points, in London. To register the event on the Guide is FREE ( as text) Deadline: The next Guide will be December’s Guide. Deadline is 3pm on Wednesday (22nd October), 3 days before publication and distribution. Information: Fill up below.
2) Listings for the Website Culturart Brazil. To register the event on the website is FREE (normal post) Deadline: you can send anytime. Take 2 days to post after receive the information. Information: Fill up below. Don’t forget to attach (Release or description in Portuguese & English + image (jpg. or pdf.| high quality).
3) You also can put your event at the Newsletter Culturart Brazil which we send 10 thousand monthly, every 01st of the month. Culturart Brazil’s Editoral choose the whole structure and articles + highlights events. If want your event also at newsletter. Please tell us on description. Information: you can suggest themes/ interviews for articles and this can be on the newsletter. Send email to editor@culturart.co.uk Deadline: we close every 30th every month.
4) Social Media – Facebook and Twitter Every event posted at out website, we post at social media in the minimum twice.
FEATURED? Your event can be on the Brazilian Events Guide, Website, Newsletter is free ( JUST TEXT). If you want your event Featured ( destacado) at website (homepage, slideshow); (outside) of the Guide, please register your event below and after send email to events@culturart.co.uk We will send to you the prices, sizes etc. Take a look October’s Guide, November’s Guide and December 2013 with Featured Events + Guides on 2014.
What do we need? Both listings, we need to know: 1. Name of event. 2. Date(s) of event. 3. Time(s) of event (where appropriate, please tell us when you’re closed, too). 4. Venue, including address and full postcode. 5. Nearest tube. 6. Phone number for publication. 7. Web address. 8. Prices. 9. The age group the event is intended for (where appropriate). 10. Description (please tell us enough to let readers to know what to expect). If you are attaching pictures/images for the website, the ideal size is 590px by 315px at 100 dpi (but 72 should be OK).
