Description
Mais Um! is going to be a showcase of new Brazilian artists representative of different regions and different styles of music. From tropical tecnobrega dance music from the queen of the Amazonian dance-hall, Gaby Amarantos, who is MTV Brazil’s Artist of the Year 2012, to adventurous tunes from style-fusing experimental singer-songwriter Lucas Santtana; to Graveola, a band that plays a mix of styles borrowing from folk, rock, funk and blues but with reference to the fuzzy and freaky Tropicalia movement of 70s Brazil.
