Film summary

To fulfill a promise, a typical peasant needs to take his 9 year old son to a big city to watch a film with his idol Mazzaropi, a famous Brazilian actor and filmmaker. But times have changed and cinemas have disappeared. On their journey they meet  peculiar types of people proving that the legends of the inner regions of the country are still very much alive.
