Despite the ongoing domestic and international challenges, for the most part, the rise of Brazil has been a success story. However, has Brazil developed only into a regional leader or is it a global power?
Speakers:
– Minister-Counsellor Alexandre Parola: is the Head of the Political Affairs at the Embassy of Brazil in London. He has been designated by the Brazilian Ambassador to represent the Embassy at this event.
– Vitoria Nabas: is the founder and managing director of Nabas Legal International Lawyers and an outspoken voice on topics relating to business in Latin America. She is a councillor of the Brazilian Chamber of Commerce in Great Britain and Chairman of the Legal Committee of the Brazilian Chamber and Director of the Anglo Brazilian Society.
– Alex Vines OBE: is the Research Director for Area Studies and International Law and Head of Africa Programme at Chatham House. He is a distinguished expert on global influences in Africa, including the role of BRICS, oil and gas in the region.
